Excellent dinners first time experience. We had Duck, Surf and Turf, and pasta Alfredo with chicken. Small and intimate dining. Pricey- dinners start at around $25-$35 . Jazz outside on Ram Cat Alley was great. They close the street and you can eat and drink in the street. We will definitely be back!

Tried to go here and the building has been demolished, don’t waste your time!

This was our first time here and I have to say it will not be our last!!! We had an amazing meal...perfectly seasoned! The sea bass was crispy on the outside and cooked to perfection on the inside! The lobster risotto....well, creamy lusciousness with large pieces of lobster, I even had a small whole claw!!! So Delicious! My husband had the filet with an amazing blueberry sauce...he prefers a little sweet and was not disappointed!

Fabulous dining experience. The diverse menu selections entice you back to try them all. Although, this will probably be impossible as this menu is continually changing. The unique flavors drawn from the perfected mixing of seasonal vegetables along with a great wine list compliment every entree . We've eaten there several times and have not been disappointed. The lunch menu is delicious too!

A charming little restaurant on Ram Cat Alley with a creative menu that changes daily. Relaxed atmosphere. Very busy when we were there for Sunday lunch, but we never felt rushed. Their pasta/blueberry/blue cheese/steak salad was delicious and different! Reservations a must. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent service, food and experience. The Chicken Roulade was perfectly cooked, moist inside but a crispy golden brown on the outside. My husband had the halibut and said it was also perfectly cooked, moist but had a nice crust. Great portions also, felt full but did not feel like we had overeaten. Triple chocolate mousse cake for dessert was delightful. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We went to Vangelis to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary Friday evening. I had shrimp on fried grits and we both had a green salad with lots of tomatoes and other vegetables and he had veal with crunchy asparagus and potatoes. We shared a delightful chocolate dessert with whipped cream and strawberries. The service was outstanding (Thanks Melissa) and the food delicious. We are lucky to have this addition in Seneca. We had a reservation and watching the many folks who came to the door, a reservation is necessary.

We have eaten here several times. The menu varies by week, it is a bit pricey, but you will not find a more unique, delightful fare in Seneca!

This is a great resturant. We had the scallops, crab cakes, pork chop, and chocolate mousse. The pork chop was really, really good - tender and cooked to perfection. It came with a reduced onion rice risotto that was excellent. The scallops were cooked to perfection. There's that word again. Crab cakes were 3 to the order and came with a nice relish/ sauce that was a good addition. Service is learning but very attentive. Seneca really needs this resturant. It fills a void in our town. We will be back. Spends your coins here and support this place. Wonderful chef.

My wife and I was out on a Wednesday and decided to maybe try some thing new for dinner on a whim. We went into this restaurant at 6pm and all the tables were empty ecpt one and the lady told use it was reservations only. We left their empty restaurant and went someplace else. Sorry but I will never be able to rate their food or service. You Shouldn’t turn away business when you have none.

Vangeli's has authentic Italian food and wines. The staff, environment and food should not be passed up. Best in the upstate.

Atmosphere is beautiful and the food is amazing. The portion sizes are large. The price is expensive but fair. However, it's probably best to have a reservation (they only have 12 tables) and don't come here if you want a quiet meal.

A new restaurant in Ram Cat Alley breathes some life into Historic Downtown Seneca. Our party of four was very pleased with the menu and with our dinner selections. Dinner reservations are a must.

Vangeli's is amazing! We stopped in for lunch and it made us both feel like a king and queen. Super fresh ingredients and piping hot food. The most delicious lunch we have ever had. The menu is small and catered to what they have in fresh, so you never have to fear for the safety of your food. 100% top notch, 5 star food!

Food is fantastic but service can be frustrating at best. Either you get ignored or you have listen to them having lengthy conversations with friends. Most likely won't eat there again.

One of the most amazing bistros ive ever had the chance of eating just amazing.

The food is AMAZING! I love that the menu changes frequently and the food is so fresh and seasonal. The french pressed coffee is excellent as well. This is a small place and seating is very limited. I would always make a reservation or at least call ahead so you don't end up disappointed by showing up and the restaurant is full. There's nothing worse than scanning everyone's' plate and having to walk back out onto Ram Cat!!

The presentation was almost as good as the amazing flavors. Everything was wonderful from the fresh baked croutons to the very last piece of duck.
